I already cancelled my subscription before the free trial was over. Why I'm I still being charged ?

Cancellation confirmed

We've processed your cancellation request, and your subscription to Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus will end on 01-November-2026 (PT).

I’m still getting notifications for being charged on my card. What’s going on?

    Hi @Exquisite_guide7c9d,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand how concerning it is to be charged after cancelling a plan, and I'm happy to help you sort this out.

I reviewed your account and found that you subscribed to two plans: Adobe Acrobat Pro and AI Assistant for Acrobat. The AI Assistant subscription has been cancelled. However, Adobe Acrobat Pro is still active, which is why you're seeing those transaction requests.

To stop the charges, please follow these steps:

    1. Clear any pending dues on your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription so the account is in good standing.
    2. Cancel the Adobe Acrobat Pro plan.

Adobe offers a full refund if a plan is cancelled within the first 14 days of purchase. Your plan is only a day old, so you have 13 more days to complete these steps and be eligible for a full refund.

Once the subscription is cancelled, you'll receive a confirmation email. Adobe will then initiate your refund immediately, and it can take 10 to 14 days to be processed to your bank account.

If you have any questions along the way, please reach out here and we'll be happy to help.

    Best regards,

    Shivangi

I don’t understand why when one is cancelling the plan you aren’t informed that there are 2 separate plans. This is wrong because when subscribing I only subscribed to one and when cancelling I didn’t see any other subscription also the cancellation email never stated that there was another plan still ongoing.

What happens if one doesn’t clear payment with the 14 days?

you won’t be able to cancel and you’ll accrue an unsecured debt.
