I already cancelled the trial, so why was I still charged? I haven’t even used the feature. Could you please help me check this if possible?

    Hi @lingli_5256,

Thanks for reaching out. You have cancelled the subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro however, you still have an active subscription to AI assistant for Acrobat.

Please follow this article for more details about managing the Adobe account: https://adobe.ly/3FFxeCA

Since the subscription to AI assistant for Acrobat is 2 days old, you are eligible for full refund. You can request for a refund here: https://adobe.ly/445dxN1

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
