Hi, I subscribed to a one-month membership through the Google Play platform on May 25. However, when I tried to use it on June 2, I found that it wasn't working and the system showed that my subscription had expired. I followed the official instructions to troubleshoot the issue, but it still shows the same message. Could you please help me look into this?

these are user forums. and subscriptions started via a mobile store have to be handled by the mobile store.
