Hi, I subscribed to a one-month membership through the Google Play platform on May 25. However, when I tried to use it on June 2, I found that it wasn't working and the system showed that my subscription had expired. I followed the official instructions to troubleshoot the issue, but it still shows the same message. Could you please help me look into this?
