I bought it the 7 day free trail and typed in my card information

several weeks have passed and i havent paid anything yet because I don't have the right amount of money in my account and I just did it with my MasterCard. When I click on manage plan it says this: It is not possible to manage You need to resolve a problem with your payment information before making changes to your plan. If you don't do anything, your plan will be suspended. And I also can't remove my card information. I  have tried everything and asked chat gpt but nothing works

And whenever I get more than 31 dollars in my account (from parents etc.) I always put it in savings so it wont get taken by the supscription and its really sad

Please cancel my plan.

This is a public forum, other users can’t help… you need to contact Adobe

You also need to take the credit card away from your child
