I am begging for my subscription to be cancelled

I have recently graduated with a masters this September. I needed Adobe creative Cloud for my course and therefore purchased it so that I could have it for the year. I thought i would be notified/informed if I wanted to continue my subscription after a year had passed. I have now been charged £24 this month and will be charged £138 if I cancel. I feel like I am forced to continue paying £24 a month and feel like there is no way of getting out of the subscription without being charged.

I am begging this to be changed. The pandemic has affected me financially like many others. I do not want to think negatively about adobe when it has helped me to improve my skills and understanding within digital design.

Please can some see this and help me

This is a public forum, you need the link to Adobe support, not other users
Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
.

This user-to-user forum can't help with billing and account issues.

Suffice it to say you can check your expiration date 24/7 from your account portal.

https://account.adobe.com/plans

To avoid penalty fees, you should have set a reminder on your phone or calendar to cancel in your 12th month and stop the automatic renewal.
