Question

I am being billed for a cancelled account.

I cannot connect with an agent because I canceled my account.

AI does not recognize me and will not forward me to an agent.

My bank is still being billed.

The billing does not match my invoices.

Send me an agent contact through my email.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Lorin, I can confirm that there are no active memberships under the account you used to post to this public discussion forum. Please see https://adobe.ly/4guss8d for common causes of unknown charges from Adobe. ^JW

Since I do not have an account,

(cancelled it last year) and I am being billed, and there is no way to address this and I am not getting a contact with an agent and my bank payments are not being addressed and I think this is on purpose and IF I CANNOT GET RESOLUTION THROUGH ADOBE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will seek resolution through Adobe legal services.

So, instead of causing me a great amount of distress and possible civil and legal action,

Just send me a contact to someone, Not Ai that will merely put me off, but a genuine human that can make decisions concerning what could amount to fraud.

Let's just fix this. Have a human agent contact me through the email account connected to this non existent account I am commmunicating to you through and getting billed.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
    and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    twitter/x:
    tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
