I have the same charge coming through but for £21.14.  I have no subscriptions with adobe

    I followed that first link and I have no plans to manage that I can see so no idea how I can even cancel this.  Can you cancel it for me please?  The second link doesn’t help me cancel it either

    I have checked and it says it is for adobe PDF exported but when I check my account I have no subscriptions and cannot cancel anything.  Please advise
