I am being charged every month for over a year, but when I try to do anything, it tells me I have a free version and it won’t let me do anything

I signed up for what I thought was a trial version but I wasn’t able to cancel so I’ve been charged for over a year $24.95 every month.

I never use the service. I just pay for it every month.

so today when I login and try to use it, it tells me I can’t use anything because I have a free version.

I try to get help but AI is worthless and there’s no numbers or email to talk to an actual person. How do I resolve this issue?
