Question

I am being double billed via credit card (34.19/mo and 119.69/mo) and can not access the account. The email address seems to have been changed, and logging in with it now takes me to a trial account which has no programs available to it.

I need to speak to someone (a human) who can track the accounts that are being paid for by my credit card - I am concerned the account has been hacked.

I’ve used the charge finder system to find the accounts linked to the charges… it shows an outside address (not mine). I can not access the account because it has been hacked and the email that I own was removed.

This account had to be created in order to be able to even talk here…

You need to contact the fraud department at your credit card company

you’ll need to use social media (eg, @adobecare at twitter/x) to contact support.

Bluesky doesn’t allow for private messages to your adobe.

Creating an account on X to be able to talk to your company is insane.
