I am facing a billing issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. My credit card is already added and active, but I am receiving a "Billing Problem" notification and the payment is not being processed. Also, payments for March, April, and May appear to have been charged, but invoices were not generated or are not available in my account. The issue started in June. Could you please check my account, provide the missing invoices, and help resolve the payment issue?
