I am facing a billing issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. My credit card is already added and active, but I am receiving a "Billing Problem" notification and the payment is not being processed. Also, payments for March, April, and May appear to have been charged, but invoices were not generated or are not available in my account. The issue started in June. Could you please check my account, provide the missing invoices, and help resolve the payment issue?

    Thank you for your response.

    I have already reviewed the articles you shared and tried the suggested steps, including checking billing information, reviewing invoices, and updating my payment method. However, the issue remains unresolved.

    I am still receiving a "Billing Problem" notification even though my credit card is valid and added to my account. In addition, payments for March, April, and May were processed, but the corresponding invoices are not available.

    Could you please provide specific troubleshooting steps to identify the cause of the billing issue, or advise how I can contact Adobe Billing Support directly to have my account reviewed and the issue resolved?
