I am getting billed for a service I canceled at this forum is deleting my posts

I already made a post for this, but apparently the system decided that telling me how to cancel was helpful and deleted my post.

 

I canceled Adobe, but am still getting billed. I can't get past the chat bot because my account is no longer active.  How do I get these morons to stop billing me?

 

I attempted to cancel using your site, but the site was broken. I had to chat with a service rep to get my account canceled.  This occured on April 21st on Case number: ADB-39590959-W1X0

I was then charged $31.86 on April 29th according to my credit card company, but I think your chat bot told me it occured April 28th in your system.

 

Giving me instructions to cancel is obviously not helpful because I have already done you.  You need to refund me and fix your billing issue.
