I am looking for billing history from before April 2023, my account only has the billing form today until April 2023.

My account billing history only goes as far back at April 2023, and I am looking for my billing history prior to that. There is a fine print that says to contact Customer Support, but I have had no luck in even finding that.

At the bottom of your Creative Cloud App, there is a Help Center button.

They have helped me previously with getting previous billing.

Thank you, I tried the help center, but got looped in the virtual assistant an got nowhere… I’ll probe around more with the help center.. thank you.

That’s obvious. What I’m asking is for help getting customer support for the receipts swing prior to the 3 years available in the account. ….
