i am not being able to buy credits for firefly its having glitches in buy the credeits

• Are you using the same device that you used for your previous credit pack purchases?
• Is this device managed by a company, school, or other organization?
• Are you connected to a corporate, school, VPN, or managed network?
• Have you tried completing the purchase using a different browser or a private/incognito browsing window?

Any screenshots of the error message would also be helpful.
