Where can I go to cancel the subscription for Adobe I didn't sign up for it

I am sorry for the frustration and concern this situation has caused. I can understand how upsetting it would be to believe you had canceled your subscriptions, only to keep receiving payment requests and to be uncertain about what is still active.

I reviewed the account and found that two separate subscriptions were purchased on September 26. The Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus subscription has already been canceled. However, the Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription remains active and is currently past due.

Because the Acrobat Pro subscription is past due, the payment issue must be resolved before any changes can be made to the subscription, including canceling the current commitment.

Please review and update your payment information, then try canceling the Acrobat Pro subscription again:

If they are asking for fees, I suspect the person went beyond the allowed cancelation timeframe. Now they are being asked to pay 50% of the remaining balance.

    Perhaps Vibrant can clarify.

Did you ever sign up for a trial of Acrobat?
