To avoid early cancellation fees, wait until your 12th month to cancel, before it auto-renews.  The renew date is in your online account below.  Set a reminder on your smartphone or Google Calendar.  Or cancel early and pay 50% of remaining months.  It's up to you.

yes, with an all apps plan adobe will be sympathetic and most likely wave the cancellation fee.  contact adobe support and let them check.  there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
