Question

I am trying to see when my subscription ends because I want to cancel my subscription. I cannot see anything about it. When I try to cancel it all I get is a message that I have to pay money to cancel it.

    Manage Plan panel shows the renewal date.

     

    When Can I cancel

    =========

    In your 12th month of service, without penalty. 

    Or you may cancel early and pay a 50% fee.

    Your payments need to be up-to-date to cancel a subscription.

     

    If you’re cancelling an annual plan early, there’s a 50% early termination fee.

    To avoid the fee, wait until it’s closer to your plan’s expiration date.

    you must cancel your subscription within the refund period.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html
