I am unable to access my paid Adobe Acrobat Standard Version
I purchased Adobe Acrobat Standard in 2022. I used it soon after but did not use for a while after. I have tried several times in the last several months but only get the free version to open. I have tried the instruction provided in another post with the same issue (log off, reboot machine, login) with no success. I am being billed monthly so I know the account is active.
