I am unable to cancel my free trial (error when attempting)

Dear Adobe community,

 

I want to cancel my subscription as the trial ends tomorrow and I am not using it that often to justify the added features. However, whenever I try to manage the subscription through this link: https://account.adobe.com/plans 

 

I get the following error:

Further, your chat bot does not work.

Please cancel all my subscription asap as I don't want to continue my subscription beyond the free trial.

Thank you for your reply. And since there is a system error, what is the plan concerning the end of the free-trial? Are you going to prolong the free-trial for everyone until you sort out this issue?? I have also tried requesting a free-trial prolongation but that also does not work (likely due to the system error). I certainly do not want my credit card to be charged due to the system error you are facing so I hope you will provide a fair solution at the time being.

@ahmad_9403 Adobe is having some server issues according to Adobe Status, https://status.adobe.com/ which is likely why you can get through. Unfortunately, you need to monitor this and cancel this through your adobe account,
