My english is not native language, but I am going try to explain the problem.
I was interested in a standard plan for photographers of 20 GB's Lr + Ps for the new customers for the first year of 9.86€ or so MONTHLY.
You have 2 options. BY CREDIT CARD and also BY PAYPAL.Whenever I choose first one, I can not pass through payment and I have UNDERLINED ON RED COLOUR my credit card number, postal code and the number of card year activity (or whatever it is called). What else, I have an information from adobe on the top of the page also ON RED COLOUR that something is wrong and something about bank check (everything is OK with my bank so I just reject that option to contact with my bank because it is not neeeded).
.... SO WE MOVE TO SECOND OPTION... I EVEN TRIED TO PAYPAL.. So what happened in that option.. Everything looked like is going good.. I pinned my card in paypal, then I agreed for the costs of that subscripction... I clicked to "agree and pay" (or something like that) and then a page disappeared and it backed me to paypal main site with information "page does not exist". That was suspicious to me becasue I did not know If I finally payed for that or not because I agreed for the payment..?! So I tried once again to pay with PAYPAL OPTION.. This time was better, the steps I did was the same. But this time after agreetment on a PayPal site, it moved me back from Paypal to the Adobe site, just to MAKE A FINAL CLICK OF AGREETMENT and beeing happy of use the programs... and... of course the error occured "paypal service is unavailable".
In the end I DID NOT buy the product because both options DOESN'T WORKED and was full of errors. But still PayPal billings says that "my payment of -9.86€ is in process" (LOL!).
1. I want to know WHY BOTH OPTIONS doesn't work and how to buy this plan in other ways?! I will be forced to buy competitor's services if I can't buy service from adobe..
2. And why PayPal even passes something like "charging process" when I did not buy any plan yet?! I hope it is going to be canceled by adobe, right? I can not be charged for errors that unables me to a payment.
