I bought Adobe Lightroom via phone but my MacBook doesn't recognize the purchase.

I cannot seem to make Lightroom recognize that I've already paid the yearly sub. I can only use the app on Iphone, doesn’t matter how hard I try but the MacBook doesn’t want to let me use it and suggests me to buy the monthly or yearly subscription again

I don’t use a cell phone for anything except calls and texts, but my **general** understanding is that when you buy from Apple or the Google store you are only buying the versions that do not run on a computer
