Don’t even dare suggest “Uninstall everything”  run a “Cleaner too” and reinstalled everything and “hope”.  That’s NOT going to happen.  There are numerous issues over 5 years old with paying users have the same problem.I have Admin rights, so that’s NOT the problem. If CC is unable to get fonts then it should at the VERY LEAST timeout after 2 minutes or so and provide a USEFUL message saying why it can’t load any fonts … basic software engineering 101 (yes I have 47 years of software development experience and now retired so I do know). If you need elevated privileges to install Fonts on Windows 11 then you request them, the user will get a prompt to allow, and then we allow … but just a endless spinning wheel IS NOT accept for software that costs this much every month.Adobe, FIX CC or lose more customers to Blackmagic Design, Affinity Photo 2, etc. etc. This is simply NOT acceptable.

Adobe CEP HTML Engine is using Location Services and running on startup, why does it need location services?

When I go to "Manage Fonts" in Creative Cloud, it just spins with a message "Loading Adobe Fonts...".  Perhaps unrelated, I also that "Cloud Storage" in the upper right doc is stuck on "Getting storage information...".  I'm running the latest Mac OS X on a clean install on an M1-based Mac Mini. I tried the following without help:1) Logout and log back in with rebooting at various points2) Cloud Create -> "Repair"3) Cloud Create -> "Uninstall" which wouldn't work saying I still had adobe products that needed it.  I delete all Adobe products including any cached directories but still no good4) Delete ALL adobe related files with clean install I really don't want to have to do a clean OS install to try and fix this because that will take many hours.  Anything else I can try?

I am able so see my CC Libraries in my browser, but when I open the CC Desktop app, they won't sync. Therefor, they don't sync in the design applications either. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, ran CC Cleaner, cleared cache, restarted, etc. No luck. I'm running Sequoia 15.4.1 and the latest CC Desktop app version. I have Admin rights and am the owner of multiple libraries, so I'm getting pretty desperate. Any advice that I haven't already tried?

(Note to Adobe Staff: I am posting from a secondary/free account because I am completely locked out of my main paid account.) Hi Adobe Support Team,I am completely locked out of my primary paid Adobe account and am stuck in an authentication loop. Here is what is happening:When I sign in, Adobe forces a mandatory password reset. Upon attempting the password reset, the system requires a secondary 2FA verification step sent via SMS. The phone number on my account is no longer in service, and my Adobe Access App is signed out, so I cannot receive the verification code. I tried contacting live chat support, but the agent informed me they do not have backend administrative access to update 2FA settings and suggested I cancel my plan and purchase a new subscription under a new email address.I do not want to cancel my plan or create a new account, as I need to keep my subscription history, cloud documents, and assets intact on my main email.Could an Adobe Staff Member please initiate a secure

how can i download photoshop without creative cloud?

If you were a user of Adobe’s Creative Cloud Synced files (CCSF), by now you are aware that they discontinued that facility starting February 4, 2025 (originally February 1, 2024). In their post about this change, they advise that sync’d files left on CCSF after the date will be deleted and no longer accessible using the Creative Cloud Desktop / Asset manager. See Discontinuation of Creative Cloud Synced files. They kindly renamed the local directory to Creative Cloud Files + <account type> + <profile_name> + <email> + <GUID>, and left any files in that directory intact. I was an early adopter of the CCSF facility, to support my Lightroom Classic usage. Some of you Classic users apparently stored your catalogue in the directory (based upon my research). I didn’t do that. Instead, I guess I did something unexpected. I put my entire image directory in the CCSF directory. Yep, all 792 GBytes of 72,207 images. It worked fine! As many have pointed out, it was li

Dear Adobe.
I have a lot of files stored in Creative Cloud. I actually lost count of how many files I have created during the past 3+ years. I am at a point where I need, and want to, cancel my Adobe subscription, after some months of growing discontent with the company’s actions, policies, and the lack of attention it gives to their costumers opinion and complaints. It’s also too much money for me at the moment to be “renting” the company’s software and feeling like it offers less and less value as the years go by, instead of really owning a copy of it for as long as I want, just like the old times. This discontent just got bigger after I found out that, when in need to cancel an Adobe subscription, the costumer must pay what you call an Early Termination Fee. I do understand that the ETF exists because of the “early plan”. But even though you might have no regard for the way that I feel, I must say that I do sense that I’m being squeezed to not cancel my subscription, as you will cha

've created some collections with subcategories and linked these to my home page. I want o be able to navigate directly to the page that has thumbnails of each of my sub categories. Instead it navigates to the Collection, then I need to click on that page to take me to the sub categories. Is there any way I can click on the category listed on the homepage e.g. "Birdlife" which then takes me directly to the sub-category page which shows "Seabirds", "Birds of Prey" etc?

I can start a project in any of the three programs (In, AI, PS) I can create shapes, content boxes, or insert a photo and click and drag it into place at the scale I want. However when I try to resize it after the original placement it will not resize. I can move things with the arow keys, I can select corners and click and drag to select things, I just can not move the items once I click them. Sometimes, It will also work for one or two click and drags and then stop working again.I have rename the Adobe Illustrator XX folders.I have uninstalled and reinstalled. New and older versions.I have deleted previous versions and all the folders in my system.I have tried closing all other apps and only running one of these programs at a time. This is a recent thing, within the past month on my PC.  It works on my Desktop, something changed in the last month when I installed the latest update and it will not revert to the previous version. Please help,

Hey Adobe community! About a month ago I found out that when I tried to log in to Behance, it said "You don't have access to this product",  I contacted Behance and got in contact with one agent asking me for my log in email, and never replied and closed my ticket. I contacted them again, but my ticket got closed again without any communication. I did search through the community posts and nothing solved my problem.  When I log in to my Adobe ID, it does say I have access to Behance. I also contacted Adobe but they said this is a Behance issue and told me to contact Benahce... I am so confused and upset right now, that I cannot access my work on Behance, and that Behance is refusing to help me with it.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Attach a screenshot of them closing my ticket without solving it... 😞

We are running Photoshop and Illustrator in an enterprise environment and we don't want creative cloud on this environment. Unfortunately, every time you deploy Photoshop or Illustrator on a server, this "creative cloud" malware/virus auto-installs itself (this is what makes it a malware/virus). I have blocked creative cloud in the firewall, and have become pretty adept at finding all the pieces of this malware/virus and removing it, but is there a way to ensure it never installs in the first place? Thanks. I'm getting absolutely sick and tired of this, I'm looking to a way to have it reported as a virus and added to my anti-virus malware/virus definitions.

In troubleshooting a Cloud Activity warning:"Libraries not currently syncingOpen the libraries panel to sync assets to Adobecloud storage." Where is this mysterious Libraries panel? (note that after I followed this path down a rabbit trail that I still don't know where the panel is still see the syncing error message).I felt confident when my search on Adobe.com led to a webpages that suggested that I should download and run AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.dmg.What a foolish act. Running that app deleted the Creative Clous app.More clicking, another Adobe.com webpage had me download the CCLibrary installer. Whew.Too soon to relax. All Adobe apps disappeared from the Applications folder and Dock (except for Ps, but it's nonfunctional).I had to install LrC, Ps, and Bridge ......LrC v13.5.1 installed successfully, with catalog intact!Ps v25.12.0 installed successfullyBridge v14.1.2.300 installed successfully

Hi,I am starting on myportoflio as I have now an active adobe subscription (all apps), but wondered if I cancelled this subscription, will myportfolio website just disappear?

Hi there,I'm having trouble with my Behance page, everytime I create a new project and try to embed or upload a video file its being limited to a small set of dimensions which I can not seem to change, this doesn't happen with picture files, is there something obvious I'm missing here? Thank you, Darragh

Anything that requires an internet connection within the Adobe platform takes an embarrassingly long amount of time to load. All of their sites glitch when it comes to signing in and a single font can take upwards of 10 minutes to appear in apps. It’s making it hard to work on projects because half of your time is wasted waiting and staring at your screen (or logging in for the 10th time in one day). For a tech company, you think they would pay better attention to these details.

Zscaler blocks some Adobe Creative Cloud features because the app uses an embedded Chrome 106 browser, triggering our outdated browser policy. Zscaler confirmed this is expected. Is this a known issue or is there a workaround?
