I can no longer activate my subscription to the product I bought.

Unfortunately, since I had to initialize my computer, I can no longer activate my subscription to the product I bought.

Every time I try to activate the software, I get an error message back and I can't complete the operation. I have verified that I use the correct serial number and that I comply with all the instructions provided, but without success.

 

I kindly ask for your support to solve this problem, as I have an urgent need to use Adobe Acrobat Pro for my work activities.
