I can no longer get the free trial version; please help.

I don’t work for Adobe so I’m not 100% sure how this works, but I have read that you are only allowed one trial… I don’t know if that is per person or per computer

Since free trial eligibility is determined automatically by Adobe's systems, we're unable to override that decision manually.
