I can no longer get the free trial version; please help.

I created a new account and wanted to get the free trial, but when I enter my card details, it says I am not eligible. What should I do? Could you help me? I have tried multiple browsers.

    I am sorry for the frustration you have encountered attempting to evaluate our services. I checked your account and can confirm that a recent request to evaluate Adobe Firefly was declined.

     

    Since free trial eligibility is determined automatically by Adobe's systems, we're unable to override that decision manually.

     

    As a next step, please try starting the trial from a different device.

    I don’t work for Adobe so I’m not 100% sure how this works, but I have read that you are only allowed one trial… I don’t know if that is per person or per computer
