I can not change my type of account

I created and PAID for a student account with my student email . Now I am being told that I do not have access to the exact assetts that I paid for . Saying I'm not the owner when I am , becaise I paid. I'm sure it is because I clicked school or something but my school has no ownership over my account becasue they arent paying for it. I'm asumn gI should have clicked persona instead. I need help changing it
