I can only access my adobe apps through my personal account and not my school account

Since January 18 of this year, I have been paying for an adobe subscription for my school account using a promotional subscription price ($12.49). Ever since my promotional price ended in July, it has only let me access my adobe apps through my personal account and not my school account. Is there a way to switch back to my school account without encountering a cancellation fee?
