Hello I have an account Adobe for one years now, and it worked just fine. one month ago, my school licence ended, and I tried to buy a new one, I did pay it but whenever I tried to use it didn't work, and I couldn't find neither the licence to use nor the credit card that I used to pay. after that, I contacted my school to help me, they told me that they have a licence that I can buy, and I did buy it. A few days later, I discovered that I have two accounts in adobe, with the same email, one with the licence I bought, and the other with the school licence. neither the first nor the second wanted to work, I decided to end my licence , and when I did so, I was charged more money for the cancelling. now it's been 15 days that I try to use adobe photoshop, illustrator, or any other apps, and it doesn't work. I don't know what to do to solve this problem? you can find here below two screenshot of the two licence for the same account, and nothing works. {Personal info removed by moderator}
