I can't cancel my Stock plan

I think i no need to use an Adobe Stock anymore.
I just tried to cancel my stock plan when trial is over, but isn't work it is unable to manage
May i ask for live chat agent for faster process please?

I believe this is their shady part. I could not cancel my plan and there's always an error on the page. They try to keep charging you until you talk to an agent to cancel your plan. (Other companies like Virgin Media did that to me also). And what the agent did is keep telling me to stay on a plan (free for 1-2 months then charge me for xx amount with a discount). My key thing is if I can't cancel on the website myself, I will run into the same issue certain months later. So it's not helping and it's very dishonest way of doing business, for a company who offers digital services in 2022. Adobe, I would have expected more from you.

Use another browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.  Log-in below

I tried to click on manage plan but that show me dialog "Unable to Manage"  and force me only way to "Update Payment" 
so i just need to cancel after end of trial no need to supscrip. may you concern my issue please?
