I can't change my plan to the Photography plan

When I click to choose the Photography plan I am met with a pop-up stating there's currently no suitable offer(in danish). This does not happen when I click on other plans. How come?

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (Make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser. You may not be able to see the chat window if using a VPN.):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
