I can't get a trial period

Question

I live in Ukraine, and as far as I know, we officially have Adobe, but I can't get a trial subscription.
It doesn't scold on my name and surname, but on my card number, expiration date, cvv, city and zip code it scolds. I have checked the limits on internet purchases, checked if I have international payments supported, selected different cities and zip codes, but I have nothing, help me to understand, I already have no enough nerves)

try adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
