I can't log in due to incorrect email and can't cancel free trial
Hello, I accidentally signed up with the wrong email address (@gamil.com instead of @17413941) and started a free trial. Now I can’t log in because the email is invalid and I cannot receive any emails from Adobe.
I also tried logging in with the correct email but it shows a different account with no plan.
When I try to sign in with the wrong email, the page keeps loading and doesn’t go to the next step (screenshot attached).
I want to cancel the free trial or subscription connected to this wrong email, but I can’t access the account and I don’t have access to 1:1 support.
Please help me cancel the plan or tell me how I can fix this.
