I can´t pay suscription

I enter my card information and I get a message “A transaction may fail for various reasons. Please double-check and make sure you have entered your payment information correctly. If this problem persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank.”
but my details are correct; I have paid for other subscriptions on other sites to verify that they are not my banks.
And with paypal I get “Paypal is not available at the moment”.
I have been trying to pay for 4 days now

contact adobe support.  there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Angel, in addition to Kglad's suggestion, try using a different device. If you are trying to make the purchase on a computer or device managed by an organization, you may be blocked from processing a transaction or contacting us directly.

 

If you are trying to make a purchase for Adobe services, for an organization, then please work with their IT department to ensure you have the necessary access to use the membership once it has been purchased. ^JW
