Question

I can't renew a subscription with my current Adobe ID

Hello,

I've a problem with renewing my Adobe subscription. Let me explain:

I'm currently in school, and it provides us with an adobe subscription. The previous year I created an account that I activated with my personal address. Today this subscription has expired and the school has sent us an email with a link which redirects us to the adobe page allowing to renew the subscription. However, this email was received on a non-personal mailbox (The school one), so that when I click on the link, I find myself on a page which requires me to recreate an account with this email address which is not mine. (In blue) and I can't change it So I can't renew my subscription with my current ID, I have to recreate an account.

What is weird is that in the email, it is clearly specified that I can use an already existing Adobe ID, or recreate one (which I don't want).

This is quite problematic because I have saved a lot of things in my account and I don't want to start all over again. Do you have a solution to use Adobe again with my current ID ?

Thank you !

Excuse me if my English is approximate.

Yes, it is the school that provides us with the subscription.
