I can't resubscribe after cancelling. It says I already own the plan.

Hi All.

I cancelled my subscription in March and want to resubscribe but on the purchase page a pop up appears saying 'This purchase is not supported.'. You already own the plan.

 

Anyone know what's going on?

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
