I can't resubscribe after cancelling. It says I already own the plan.

Hi All.I cancelled my subscription in March and want to resubscribe but on the purchase page a pop up appears saying 'This purchase is not supported.'. You already own the plan. Anyone know what's going on? Thanks

check your account to see if you're already subscribed, https://accounts.adobe.com

if you see any problem with the info on your account page, using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
