i can't update payment and  i can't  contact adobe admin in " contact us" chat too. please 24 hours admin service Because the times in each country are inconsistent.

Thank you for posting your query here.

 

Since the payment details can be updated by the Contract Owner ( Team Administrator) and as per the message you are receiving, you are requested to contact your Team Administrator who has the access to Update the payment details. 

Alternatively, if you have Purchased the Subscription and you were assigned as an Administrator, please check if you are Signed in with the correct Email address.

 

Since this is a User to user forum and not Adobe support Team, Kindly request you to try contacting Adobe Phone Support by referring to their numbers in :  https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

The message tells you that you CANNOT contact Adobe. They cannot help. There is someone in your organisation that you must contact. I assume you are part of a large company or school with a support contract. 

 

If this is a new purchase, not part of a company or school, you have perhaps been scammed, and sold a stolen product.

So why would the chat "contact us" button be there when it doesn't work?
Or not, why i can't update payment 
Otherwise please update Customer service. please
