I can't use adobe

I bought adobe cloud for a month on my school email and it says I don't own anything but when i log into my personal account that is connected to the same email it says i own it but when i want to download it says i don't own it so i basically wasted $20 and can't use anything.

David, I can confirm that you have an active Creative Cloud for Education membership.  Please see https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/stop-creative-cloud-trial-mode-after-purchase.html for steps you can take to resolve the connection error that is preventing the membership from being seen.
