Hi @fierce_listener217a,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand how concerning it can be to see charges that you don't recognize, and I appreciate you taking the time to reach out so we can help investigate.

I reviewed the Adobe account associated with the email address used to post in this community and can confirm that the last transaction associated with this account occurred in March 2026. This was related to a subscription purchase that was canceled on the same day, and Adobe subsequently processed a refund for that transaction. Based on the account records available to us, we do not see any additional charges or transaction requests associated with this account after that date.

That said, we take reports of unexpected charges seriously and want to ensure we help you identify the source of the transaction you're seeing. One possibility is that the payment method may be associated with a different Adobe account.

To investigate further, please use Adobe's Charge Finder tool, which can help identify subscriptions or transactions linked to a payment method when the associated Adobe account is unknown : https://adobe.ly/4jR43hw

Once you've checked the Charge Finder results, please let us know what you find. If a different Adobe account is identified or if anything remains unclear, we'll be happy to continue looking into it with you and guide you through the next steps.

We understand how important it is to get clarity on unexpected billing activity, and we're committed to helping you resolve this as quickly as possible.

Thanks, and we look forward to your update.
