I canceled my 7-day free trial on April 30 (day 6), but was still charged Rs 1949 on May 1. There are no active subscriptions in my Apple or Adobe accounts. Is there any way to request a reimbursement?

If you purchased from third-party providers

If you purchased your subscription through a third-party provider (such as AppleGoogle, or Microsoft), your account is managed by them, and their specific subscription and cancellation terms apply. Refer to their documentation to manage your account.

reimbursement is automatic, if you qualify.

so, start here and make sure you’re checking the charged accounts, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html?linkId=100000379229962

then check the accounts, https://account.adobe.com to make sure there are no subscriptions.

This is the same account I used for the free trial and the one that was charged. The payment was processed through Apple.

I also received an email from Apple confirming that my subscription was activated and Rs 1949 was deducted, even though I canceled it on the 6th day. It is not reflecting in my Adobe account, and there is no active subscription.
