I canceled my InDesign subscription, and later got a notification about my payment not going through. What do I do?

I canceled my InDesign subscription, and later got a notification about my payment not going through. What do I do, as I don't use the application and cancelled my subscription

Confirm that the cancellation did go through and you still not subscribed to it. Check your account at https://account.adobe.com/plans

If you are not subscribed and still it is trying to charge you then contact Adobe Support

Did you get a confirmation email about the cancelation? (Check any spam/junk folders.)
