I canceled my plan February, but still keep getting charged every month. Anyone konw the best way to contact Adobe for this?

Hi @zhicheng_1903,

I’ve confirmed that your Adobe Acrobat Pro subscription was successfully cancelled on February 28, 2025. Additionally, I couldn’t find any transactions initiated by Adobe after that date.

Have you had a chance to check with your bank regarding these charges? They might be able to provide more details on the source.
