I canceled my subscription in December received email confirmation. Why I was charged 5 months after that !??

    We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. I can see that you cancelled your Acrobat subscription about five months ago. However, the Acrobat AI Assistant remained active during that time and has now been cancelled as well. You won’t be charged for it going forward.

    Check if it shows as cancelled.
