Question

I canceled my subscription on July 1st, why was I charged nine days later?

Dear Adobe Support,

I already cancelled my Adobe subscription on July 1, the same day I subscribed. However, I was still charged for the subscription on my card on July 9.

I would like to understand why I was charged despite cancelling the subscription before the billing date. This is extremely frustrating and concerning. Please investigate this matter and explain why the charge was processed after my subscription had already been cancelled.

I am also requesting a refund for the charge, as I had already cancelled the subscription on July 1.

I look forward to your immediate response and resolution.

Thank you.

Did you receive a confirmation of cancellation email?

Check your account to make sure it was actually cancelled:

Thank you for posting to this public discussion forum, Ar.Nami.

I apologize for any confusion you may have encountered while signing up or using our services.

You started two subscriptions on July 1st. You canceled the Adobe Stock subscription on July 1st and your Photoshop subscription on July 9th. This is why you were still charged, Ar. Nami, since the Photoshop subscription was still active.

You did successfully complete the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/4fMqFgP to end both subscriptions. Refunds occur automatically and will take up to 14 days.

Please see https://adobe.ly/4huK2My for more information about the cancellation and refund process.

Please update this public discussion thread if you have any additional questions, Ar. Nami. ^JW
