I canceled my subscription. Why am I still being charged?

Eu também fui cobrada indevidamente. Assinei o teste gratuito de 7 dias que encerrava dia 18 de julgo, cancelei dia 15 de julho (tenho email) e do nada fui cobrada por um plano que assinei, sendo que no meu próprio login no adobe consta que os meu unico pedido foi o free trial, não consta nada sobre o plano que fui incluida e cobrada sem autorizaçao.

    use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to find the billed account.  then use https://account.adobe.com to check that account.

     

    does it show any subscriptions?

    Hello! In my adobe account shows that i was charged for the the plan i had the free trial on its monthly amount on 18/07 showing this message

    “Order number: AB08226200402CBR

    Adobe Acrobat ProAssistente de IA para o Acrobat

    R$ 84,00”

    and the same day shows a credit of the same ammount for the plan, with  this message

    “ Order number: AB08226200402CBR

    Adobe Acrobat ProAssistente de IA para o Acrobat

    R$ -84,00”

    Maybe i was charged incorrectly. This “credit” means that will be a refund of the charge in my credit card or some kind of credit on my adobe account?
