I canceled today. Will I be refunded?

I had subscribed for the 14 day trial (which ends today, 11 August 2026) but unfortunately I forgot to cancel my subscription and I am currently charged for it today. As per the policy, it says if we cancel within 14 days, we get the full refund. Can you please let me know when will I receive my refund?

To help clarify the situation, can you confirm whether the subscription you canceled today is the same one that was started 14 days ago, or if another account is involved?

Hello Jeff,

Firstly, thank you for your prompt response. The subscription I canceled today is the same subscription that I started 14 days ago from this account. There is no other account or subscription involved.

I had intended to cancel it before the trial period ended, but unfortunately I forgot to do so, and the subscription was automatically renewed and charged today. I canceled it as soon as I noticed the charge.

Since I did not intend to continue with the paid subscription and canceled it immediately after noticing the charge, I would really appreciate it if you could process a refund for the amount charged today.

Refunds are processed automatically. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be completed, depending on your payment provider.
