  • I processed to cancel subscription as I no longer needed it and you just took my money again 3 mins ago. Contacting your customer support has been abysmal and you have the nerve to spend months emailing me about my payment method information- it's not up to date because I CANCELLED YOU THREE MONTHS AGO I WANT MY MONEY BACKKKK

these are user-to-user forums.  you need to contact adobe support:

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam.

p.p.s you can also use phone (but chat is usually quicker), https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

By the way, when you tried to cancel, did Adobe offer you some free months? Some people assume it's a free "goodbye" present, but it's actually a payment holiday, automatically followed by a new one year commitment.

It did with a offer to hold off - but I still turned it down. The last email I got was it saying they were sorry to see me go and confirmed my subscription would expire at the end of the following month.
