I cancelled and was still charged.

I need to cancel, and when I canceled yesterday I was still charged today. I need my 49.99 refunded, please.

    If you properly canceled, you will receive a refund within 14 days.

    You need to have a valid form of payment before you can cancel a subscription and get a refund.

    Hello team, 

     

    i have cancelled my subscription and was billed 49.99 for the year. I would like my refund it was within the timeframe and I can’t get ahold of anyone to talk to.
