I cancelled my Adobe acrobat subscription, but haven't receive my refund.

I've canceled it since may 2nd and didn't receive a refund.

 

Is there any info you need to help me?

    If you cancelled within 14 days of downloading the appp., the refund is sent automatically.  Allow 10-15 business days (M-F). 

    No refunds after 14 days.

    If you cancelled an annual subscription before the end of its term, you are not necessarily due a refund. Had you been advised by Adobe that a refund was possible? By the way, your question has been posted to the incorrect forum, so you probably won’t receive many responses here.
