I cancelled my Adobe acrobat subscription, but haven't receive my refund.

I confirm that a refund was automatically initiated when you cancelled the plan. As the expert mentioned, it usually takes 12-14 days for the refund to process. Let us know if you do not receive the refund within the said duration.

If you cancelled within 14 days of downloading the appp., the refund is sent automatically.  Allow 10-15 business days (M-F). 

No refunds after 14 days.

If you cancelled an annual subscription before the end of its term, you are not necessarily due a refund. Had you been advised by Adobe that a refund was possible? By the way, your question has been posted to the incorrect forum, so you probably won’t receive many responses here.
