I cancelled my Adobe pro plan on 11 October, and it was confirmed that is was cancelled. Yet on 14 October, Adobe attempted to charge me despite that. Why am I being charged for a plan that is no longer active? Please resolve this issue immediately.

assuming you do not have a teams or enterprise subscription, you most likely failed to cancel your acrobat subscription.

    check your account, https://account.adobe.com

does it show an acrobat subscriptions?
