I cancelled my Adobe Stock & Lightroom subscription few days ago, and today I got charged for it anyway

Hey there!

Few days ago I cancelled my Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Stock subscription, and today by morning i got charged 60 eur for Adobe Stock assets (which was cancelled already, i double checked in profile and with the chatbot). And because I don’t have any active subscription anymore, I can’t contact an agent and the Ai assistant can’t manage to help me. I’d like to get my money refunded.

    @kglad already contacted Adobe on their X ‘AdobeCare’ and they’re taking care of it. 

    It really sucks that it’s so much trouble to just get the money back, but thanks for help - Appreciate that :)

    first use https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html to make sure you’re checking the correct account.  then use https://account.adobe.com to check that account.

     

    does that account show any subscriptions?

    Yes I did check it, It says it’s a charge for Adobe Stock which i cancelled few days ago, and on my account it says free account (not a single subscription). I even got confirmation of cancellation at my e-mail. It says it’s gonna end at 07.06, and yet i got charged for it today.

    contact your bank to see if a refund is in progress.  if not, contact adobe via social media
