I cancelled my Adobe subscription and received a cancellation email but you still charged me and are trying to get me to pay out of a subscription

I cancelled my Adobe subscription and received a cancellation email but was subsequently charged. When I tried to log back on to cancel it again I was told that I need to pay to get out of my subscription.

I am sorry for any problems you have encountered with managing your new commitments to Adobe. I do see that you canceled one subscription last month, but the other is still active.

But I only signed up for one plan. How is possible that I was subscribed to two? It was sold to me as a free subscription that I could cancel within the week, which I did. At no point was it made clear that it was two subs.

@afoster9519, you subscribed to Acrobat and AI Assistant for Acrobat on March 19th, and then canceled the Acrobat subscription on March 21st.

 

The self-cancel process must be completed for each subscription you want to end.
