I cancelled my free trial a long time ago and adobe is still trying to charge me 43 dollars and there is a 200 dollar early cancellation fee that should not exist as i have already cancelled my trial long ago

I cancelled my free trial ages ago on my computer and now adobe says i am in a annual plan that costs 200 dollars to cancel what has happened?

    Did you get a confirmation of your cancellation going through successfully? If you are still subscribed then it seems the cancellation failed

    You are not addressing Adobe here. These are peer to peer forums. I am also a user of apps like you. Now that you have confirmation of the cancellation with you, you can connect with Adobe support and get this sorted.
